Hidden Exhibition – ” The unsuspected talents of the MRC’s employees “
On December 6 2017, the Alfred-Langevin cultural Hall will launch its hidden exhibition ” The unsuspected talents of the MRC’s employees “.
This exhibition — which is not part of the regular Alfred-Langevin Hall program, will highlight the works of the employees of the MRC du Haut-Saint-Laurent. Drawings, photos, musical pieces, poems and much more will be presented to the public from December 6, 2017 to January 17, 2018.
The main goal of the exhibition is to make art accessible for all, of course to the public but also to the exhibitors. By promoting the participation of citizens – in this case at a work place, it tends to demonstrate that art and culture are part of everyone’s life, no matter the field of activity or the profession and whether we are a « real artist » or not.
Being a pilot project, the vernissage of this exhibition will happen exceptionally on Wednesday, December 6 from noon to 1 pm at the Alfred-Langevin cultural Hall. Then the exhibition will be opened every Wednesday at noon or upon request; other opening hours will be added.
